What is included?

I work closely with athletes to help them recover from injuries, improve performance, and prevent future injuries using the following techniques:


- Soft tissue mobilization: Using my hands to break up scar tissue, improve blood flow, restore ROM, and decrease soreness/pain.

- Joint mobilization: Directed force through the joint to improve the mobility of the ankle, hip, knee, shoulder, or spine. 

- IASTM (Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization): Specialized tools used to "scrape" away muscle adhesions, improve blood flow, restore range of motion, and decrease soreness.

- Cupping Therapy: Decompression technique to lift the skin and fascia, promoting deep tissue healing and relieving stubborn tension.

- Pin and stretch: Targeted manual therapy technique used to lengthen tight muscles and break up "knots" or adhesions.
