That is why I go through a through evaluation to determine the root cause of your hip pain and come up with a personalized treatment plan to help you overcome your pain and get back to what you love to do, pain free! From exercises to strengthen your muscles, to soft tissue and/or joint mobilization, and even dry needling, if appropriate; all to get you better fast!
