I specialize in treating all types of pain -- from post surgical pain to neck, back, shoulder, hip, knee, and ankle/foot, as well as plantar fasciitis, tennis elbow, and migraines. The difference is the hands-on approach. I use manual therapy techniques such as soft tissue mobilization, dry needling, cupping, instrumented-assisted soft tissue mobilization, and cross-friction massage to help eliminate soft tissue problems. I use joint mobilization techniques for when the motion of the joint isn't up to snuff, and I use stretches and therapeutic exercises as needed to strengthen the weak and tight areas.
