What is indcluded?

Choose one or a combination of these professional recovery techniques: 

- IASTM (Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization): Specialized tools used to "scrape" away muscle adhesions, improve blood flow, restore range of motion, and decrease soreness.

- Cupping Therapy: Decompression technique to lift the skin and fascia, promoting deep tissue healing and relieving stubborn tension.

- Pin and stretch: Targeted manual therapy technique used to lengthen tight muscles and break up "knots" or adhesions.
